The presentation will examine how the use of technology
including lasers and scanners can be use to survey and
help to produce more durable road surfaces while
optimising both the equipment and quantity of materials
used.
Outcomes can reduce the carbon footprint, not only during
the surfacing operations but also to efficiently reduce the
rolling resistance of vehicles when the road is in service.
