- Working in an Asphalt Technology-related role (including the supply of plant, materials or services in support of Asphalt Technology), with 2 years experience
- Working at NVQ Level 3
- Employed in a position of responsibility
You have to meet the following requirements:
- Working in an Asphalt Technology-related role (including the supply of plant, materials or services in support of Asphalt Technology)
- Have a working knowledge of Asphalt Technology
- Be a Graduate or hold a position of responsibility and demonstrate one of the following
- University Diploma in Asphalt Technology
- Relevant Asphalt Technology Degree
- Relevant HNC or HND
It is necessary to provide a supporting CV when applying for Associate Member (MIAT) grade.
You have to meet the following requirements:
- Working in an Asphalt Technology-related role (including the supply of plant, materials or services in support of Asphalt Technology)
- Have a working knowledge of Asphalt Technology
- Perform management responsibilities
- In addition, demonstrate one of the following
- 5 years experience in Asphalt Technology + one of the following
- University Diploma in Asphalt Technology
- Relevant Asphalt Technology Degree
- Relevant HNC or HND
- 10 years experience in Asphalt Technology + working at NVQ Level 4
- 20 years experience in Asphalt Technology
- 5 years experience in Asphalt Technology + one of the following
It is necessary to provide a supporting CV when applying for Member (MIAT) grade.
You have to meet the following requirements:
- Have been an IAT Member (MIAT) or Associate Member (AMIAT) for 5+ years continuously
- Work in an asphalt technology-related role
- Have senior management responsibilites
- In addition, demonstrate one of the following
- Have a suitable qualification (e.g. Masters Degree or NVQ Level 5)
- Submitted a relevant technical paper (2500+ words) which has been accepted for publication in a relevant peer reviewed journal.
- Been recommended for the membership grade of Fellow (FIAT) following a review or interview by the IAT Council.
You have to meet the following requirements:
- Working in an Asphalt Technology-related role.
- 4 GCSE's or equivalent
- Studying for one of the following:
- University Diploma in Asphalt Technology
- Relevant Asphalt Technology Degree
- Relevant HNC or HND
