| More details | The course is aimed at Engineers and Technical personnel from both the public and private sector who are currently involved in road design, road construction and/or road maintenance, project supervision, QC and site testing. The course will run over one full day and offers a unique opportunity for delegates to update their knowledge on many aspects of Sustainable Road Pavements. The IAT has drawn together an expert panel of presenters from Industry to speak on a number of relevant topics including : · Overview of road pavement materials including Asphalt, Unbound materials etc. · Installation –best practice on site · Pavement, materials and sustainability specifications & standards · Sustainable solutions · Site testing requirements for road pavement works. · Surface treatments and QC requirements · Site best practice and Supervision of the works · Sustainability · Life Cycle Assessments and Environmental Product Declarations · Practical demonstrations of site testing The course fee is €320 which will include lectures, course notes, refreshments, and lunch.
