| More details | This event provides an opportunity to spend time with our network of friends and colleagues. The lunch will be hosted this year on Friday the 7th of November 2025. In partnership with The Institute of Quarrying (IQ), the event will again be held in Birmingham's Centenary Square, Symphony Hall is considered one of the world's finest concert halls. The iconic venue is home to the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra and was originally opened by Queen Elizabeth II in 1991. It will also allow us to celebrate and present our annual awards to the asphalt students from the University of Derby, and at the same time, support and encourage the prize winners to maintain their contact with the Institute. |
