| More details | National Highways has carried out a low carbon exemplar project in the East of England in partnership with WSP and Heidelberg Materials UK. Ten miles of the A47 Acle Straight (Acle to Beccles Interchange) near Great Yarmouth in Norfolk has been resurfaced using a range of carbon reduction measures including foamed asphalt, high levels of recycling and the use of electric plant. |
